Not all surfaces should be pressure washed at high PSI. Soft washing is a gentle alternative that uses specialized, biodegradable cleaning solutions applied at low pressure (under 500 PSI) to safely clean delicate exterior surfaces. The quality of the commercial chemical is what enables us to turn the pressure down and still deliver a deeper, longer-lasting clean.

We are one of the pioneers of low-pressure washing practices. Our commercial-grade cleaning solutions kill mold, mildew, and algae at the root — resisting regrowth for 4 to 6 times longer than pressure washing alone.

How Soft Washing Works

We apply a commercial-grade biodegradable cleaning solution that breaks down dirt, mold, mildew, and algae at the molecular level. The solution does the work — not brute force pressure. After allowing the solution to dwell and penetrate, we rinse at low pressure for a thorough, damage-free clean that lasts significantly longer than traditional pressure washing.
